We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position will be based in our Woodstock, GA office and will be an important part of our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
- Assist with prospective client management activities, including maintaining customer records and updating contact information
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage sales activities including cleansing and upload of new leads lists to the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely management of leads
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on strategies for business development

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
